Important information:
The most important aspect of pole dancing classes is the clothing you need to wear, so that your skin can touch for a secure grip.
Basic clothing for beginners and advanced classes:
- Shorts: Shorts are recommended that leave your thighs and knees exposed.
- Top/Sports bra: A comfortable sports top or sports bra that leaves your belly, shoulders and arms exposed.
- Barefoot: In basic pole fitness classes, we usually train barefoot or in socks.
Exotic pole dancing class clothing:
- Knees: It is highly recommended, and in many places it is mandatory to wear knee pads due to the ground work.
- High heels: Special platform dance shoes or boots (e.g. Pleaser) can be used.
- Other: Bolder, sexier clothing (e.g. bodysuits, stockings) is also available, but not mandatory.
What you should not wear:
Long pants or a long-sleeved top, because it can slip on the bar.
Using creams and lotions before training, because they also make the skin and the bar slippery.
