Pole dancing, pole fitness, pole sports – you name it – is an extremely addictive sport. Perhaps because it presents constant challenges, is constantly renewed, is varied, feminine, has many different trends and provides a continuous feeling of success during training.<\/p>

As can be seen from the first words of the previous sentence, for some reason many people try to avoid the term pole dance. Unfortunately, in Hungary, a pejorative meaning has undeniably attached to it. There is no doubt that the equipment is the same, there is also a similarity in the form of movement, but at the same time there is a significant difference between the two.<\/p>

One of the special trends in pole dancing is exotic, or classic, or glamour. This segment receives the most attacks and criticism, and in connection with this trend, the question arises whether it is a sport at all. I think anyone who has tried it can confidently say that it is. But we don’t really want to convince anyone of that. Those who are interested, attracted, adored, sympathized, who would like to try themselves, who would compete, who want to prove themselves, this is the place for them with us!<\/p>

Recommended clothing for the first pole training if you come as a beginner: it’s actually like wearing a bikini.
