    Introduction<\/p>\n

    These GTC contain the terms and conditions of use of the Website operated by Cs\u0151re Cintia e.v. (1067 Budapest Ter\u00e9z krt. 9., Registration number: 58327160, VAT number: 45743416-1-42; e-mail address: hello@rudvilagstudio.hu) (hereinafter: Service Provider) at the web address rudvilagstudio.hu (hereinafter: Website) and the sports and dance studio located at 1067 Budapest Ter\u00e9z k\u00f6r\u00fat 9 (hereinafter: Studio) (hereinafter: Service) as well as the general terms and conditions applicable between the person using the services provided on the Website (hereinafter: User) and the Service Provider.<\/p>\n

    The details of the Service provided by the Service Provider primarily include the operation of an unmanned sports and dance studio, its rental in short, typically 80-minute units, in addition to which the Service Provider may provide additional services in the Studio free of charge or for a fee.<\/p>\n

    By registering on the Website, the User acknowledges and accepts the contents of these GTC, thus the rules of contracts concluded by remote contracting parties. By registering, the User further acknowledges that he is familiar with the provisions of the GTC and data processing rules in force at all times, has read them, and has understood, acknowledged and accepted the provisions.<\/p>\n

    \u00a0<\/p>\n

    The Service Provider reserves the right to change the GTC from time to time.<\/p>\n

    The date of entry into force of these GTC: 2019.08.26. Its provisions are valid from the date of their entry into force until their withdrawal and apply to all Users.<\/p>\n

    \u00a0<\/p>\n

    Terms of use of the Website<\/p>\n

    To make a purchase on the Website, the User is obliged to register with his\/her real data and must provide the following personal data: name, e-mail address and billing address and date of birth. The Service Provider disclaims all liability for damages or errors in the service or in the performance of the service resulting from incorrect or incorrect data provided during registration.<\/p>\n

    Purchasing on the Website assumes that the User is aware of and accepts the possibilities and limitations of the Internet. The Service Provider is not liable if any operational error is detected in the Internet network from the User’s side, which prevents the operation of the Website and electronic shopping.<\/p>\n

    Registration<\/p>\n

    The Service can be used via the rudvilagstudio.hu Website, after registration.<\/p>\n

    You must fill out a registration form upon first entry. The system will inform the User about the successful registration by automatic e-mail to the e-mail address provided by him, and then the user must activate the account from this e-mail.<\/p>\n

    The User is obliged to provide all his data in accordance with reality during registration. The Service Provider is entitled to delete obviously false or incorrect registration or to verify the authenticity of the data. The costs incurred in proving the authenticity of the data are borne by the User.<\/p>\n

    The User expressly acknowledges that the Service Provider is not liable for any additional costs or damages that the User may incur as a result of the data provided incorrectly by the User and waives all claims arising from this (including consequential damages).<\/p>\n

    The Service Provider is also not liable for any damages incurred by the User that result from the User making his password known to a third party.<\/p>\n

    The User is entitled to access and change the data provided during registration at any time.<\/p>\n

    Forgotten password<\/p>\n

    If you are already a registered User but have forgotten your password, use the \u201cForgot password\u201d option during login to request a new password.<\/p>\n

    Using the Service by logging in to the Website<\/p>\n

    If you are registered on the Website and wish to use the Service, you can log in using the \u201cLogin\u201d menu item.<\/p>\n

    You can add the desired dates to your cart by clicking on the date. The cart stores the selected dates for a certain period of time, during which time other Users cannot add them to their cart.<\/p>\n

    The provision of the Service depends on the availability of available dates.<\/p>\n

    You can check the contents of your cart by clicking on the \u201ccart\u201d icon in the upper right corner of the Website. Here you can modify the dates added to your cart, how many people you would like to use them with, or delete the given item. If you decide to finalize the transaction, click on the payment button.<\/p>\n

    You have successfully used the Service if you have added it to your cart, paid for it, and received a notification of a successful transaction in your mailbox.<\/p>\n

    A User who is not of legal age may use the Studio only with the consent and responsibility of his\/her legal representative.<\/p>\n

    Payment<\/p>\n

    Purchasing via the Website is only possible with a bank card payment.<\/p>\n

    After clicking on the \u201cPayment and order completion\u201d button, the buyer will be redirected to the Barion online bank card payment page. The transaction is authenticated on the payment page using HTTPS (encrypted) communication, where the bank card number, expiration date and three-digit verification code (CVC2, CVV2) are requested. The bank card data provided on the payment page is not stored by the Service Provider in any way. Depending on the bank card, the payment system may request a different security code.<\/p>\n

    In the event of a successful bank transaction, the buyer will receive a notification of the order by e-mail.<\/p>\n

    Barion’s general terms and conditions and data protection declaration are continuously available on the barion.com website, which the Contracting Parties have read and accepted.<\/p>\n

    Online bank card payments are made through the Barion system. Bank card data is not transmitted to the merchant. The service provider, Barion Payment Zrt., is an institution under the supervision of the Hungarian National Bank, its license number: H-EN-I-1064\/2013.<\/p>\n

    Invoicing<\/p>\n

    The Service Provider issues an electronic invoice for the Services sold, which is sent to the e-mail address provided by the User during registration. Personal receipt is not possible.<\/p>\n

    The User is obliged to ensure on the receiving side that all invoices sent by the Service Provider electronically can be delivered and that the technical settings (e.g. firewalls) have been adapted. In the event of a change in the e-mail address, the User is obliged to modify it on the Website.<\/p>\n

    By accepting these GTC, the User agrees to electronic invoicing.<\/p>\n

    Confirmation of successful booking<\/p>\n

    The confirmation e-mail contains the order data, such as the selected, paid time, and the addresses and codes required to enter the Studio.<\/p>\n

    Cancellation conditions<\/p>\n

    Users are entitled to cancel their participation no later than 24 hours before the selected time, i.e. to withdraw from the contract concluded on the basis of these GTC without penalty. The amount paid in advance by the User will be refunded within 14 days of the notification of the withdrawal in the same way as the payment method used by the User.<\/p>\n

    In the event of a withdrawal notified within 24 hours before the paid time, the participation fee cannot be refunded, it is fully due to the Service Provider. The User can communicate the cancellation\/withdrawal in an e-mail message sent to hello@rudvilagstudio.hu or by telephone, by means of a clear statement to this effect.<\/p>\n

    Description of the Service<\/p>\n

    Bookable appointments are 75 minutes long, which includes arrival at the Studio, preparation for the activity and departure from the Studio.<\/p>\n

    In the event of the User being late, further use of the Studio is only possible subject to available appointments, after another successful, paid transaction. The available 75 minutes are not the same as the time of entry to the Studio.<\/p>\n

    The User may purchase the Service exclusively in his\/her own name or for the person specified in advance at the time of purchase. The right to use the purchased Service is not transferable.<\/p>\n

    Prices and pricing guidelines<\/p>\n

    The prices listed on the Website are gross prices, which are not subject to VAT due to the Service Provider’s individual exemption.<\/p>\n

    It is possible to use services not defined on the Website in consultation with the Service Provider, with the development of individual pricing.<\/p>\n

    The User acknowledges and accepts that the Service Provider is entitled to modify the price. The new price is valid from the date of display on the Website, but does not affect the price of Services booked and paid for by the User prior to the price modification.<\/p>\n

    Liability<\/p>\n

    The User may use the unmanned Studio and the Website exclusively at his own responsibility and risk. He accepts that the Service Provider is not liable for any personal injuries, property and non-property damage incurred by the User during the use of the Studio, which arises from the User’s negligence or is caused by a third party.<\/p>\n

    The User acknowledges and accepts that the Service Provider may place links on the Website that point to other websites and for whose content the Service Provider is not responsible, therefore the Service Provider is not liable for damages that have arisen in connection with the use of websites operated by third parties.<\/p>\n

    By accepting the GTC, the User declares that he\/she uses the Studio as intended and in a suitable physical condition.<\/p>\n

    The Service Provider is not responsible for accidents that occur due to the User’s fault or previous injuries. The User assumes full financial and moral responsibility for any damages arising from improper use.<\/p>\n

    The Service Provider operates a closed-circuit security camera system capable of recording moving images in the Studio and at the entrance to the Studio in order to ensure the personal safety of those staying in the Studio and to preserve the security of property. The camera stores the recordings for the period and in the manner specified in the legislation, does not release them to third parties, and there is no possibility of selling the recordings.<\/p>\n

    Cases of exclusion from the Service\/holding of liability<\/p>\n

    A User may be excluded from the Service if he\/she intentionally or repeatedly violates the mandatory security rules;<\/p>\n

    who intentionally abuses the pricing strategy;<\/p>\n

    who intentionally abuses the Studio\u2019s operating capabilities;<\/p>\n

    who regularly and intentionally hinders the intended activities of the Users before or after him\/her.<\/p>\n

    A User may be held liable if he\/she uses the Studio for purposes other than intended, damages it, intentionally damages its equipment, or steals valuables from it.<\/p>\n

    Contact<\/p>\n

    Contact with the User is made on the rudvilagstudio.hu Website or via the contact details provided in Section 1 of the GTC.<\/p>\n

    Messages sent from social media platforms (messenger, Instagram, YouTube) do not qualify as official inquiries, but are suitable for maintaining contact.<\/p>\n

    Intellectual property rights<\/p>\n

    All content on the Website (images, documents, logos, fonts, design elements, and compilations or functions) is the property of the Service Provider and is protected by copyright and other laws and regulations protecting intellectual property. It may not be reproduced without the prior written consent of the Service Provider.<\/p>\n

    Complaints handling<\/p>\n

    The User may assert consumer objections related to the Service Provider’s activities at the contact details specified in Section 1 of these GTC.<\/p>\n

    The Service Provider shall remedy the oral complaint immediately if possible. The Service Provider shall respond to the complaint received in writing within 30 days in substance. In the event of rejection of the complaint, the Service Provider shall inform the User of the reason for the rejection.<\/p>\n

    The User shall be entitled to initiate proceedings before a conciliation body for the purpose of settling disputes arising against the Service Provider out of court. The competent conciliation body according to the registered office of the Service Provider is:<\/p>\n

    In the absence of an amicable agreement, in the event of a legal dispute arising in connection with the provisions of the GTC, the Hungarian courts and authorities have exclusive jurisdiction.<\/p>\n

    Applicable Laws<\/p>\n

    The Parties to the Contract and this Agreement shall be governed by Hungarian law, in particular, but not exclusively,<\/p>\n

    Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code<\/p>\n

    Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection;<\/p>\n

    Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and services related to the information society;<\/p>\n

    the provisions of Government Decree 45\/2014 (II.26) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
