Barbara Holler-Rácz

I am Barbara Holler-Rácz. I love cats, enjoy Bach’s fugues and Japanese anime, and am a huge fan of Paris; my favorite color is blue. However, these may not be the most important things about me in this context. Although I have been involved in sports since childhood, I only discovered pole dancing in my mid-thirties—a passion I feel will last a lifetime. And while I hold two university degrees, it is in teaching pole dance that I find true fulfillment. I instruct both adults and children, covering every detail and element of this diverse and complex sport.

I am not the sort of instructor who goes easy on students; for the sake of effectiveness—and keeping the importance of safety in mind—I would describe myself as strict and consistent, though I am certainly not stingy with praise. For me, success lies in being able to pass on my knowledge and seeing the joy a student feels at the results of their hard work.

What to expect in my classes:

At Rúdvilág Studio, I represent and teach the exotic style of pole dance.

“Exotic” is not merely dancing—or dancing in pole shoes—it is so much more than that. You know that feeling when you watch a video online and can’t quite put your finger on it, yet you sense that it’s different—that it moves you, that it’s captivating, and you find yourself thinking, “Ooh, I want to do that and experience it just like that”? Well, in my classes, I reveal and teach you those nuanced technical details, the emotional depth, and that authentic “exotic” energy—everything you need to see the image you desire reflected in the mirror while feeling it deep within yourself.

I am happy to teach anyone, from absolute beginners taking their very first steps all the way up to the professional competitive level. And yes, I am a consistent—and at times quite strict—instructor; I won’t let a mistake slide without addressing it. That said, you certainly won’t leave a class without praise and a great feeling. I teach both Flow and Hard-style classes; depending on the session, we might focus on the artistic side, or explore “New School” and more dynamic styles. Blood, sweat, fun, laughter, attitude, and sexiness—that is what I guarantee.

You can only participate in Exotic classes wearing high-heeled pole dance shoes. If you don’t have a pair, that’s not a problem—you can rent them from us for 500 HUF per session.

I look forward to welcoming you!
